Many people have learnt to live with this altered equilibrium that you can hardly hear them grumble. The rest of the crowd is the so-called ‘perfect’ people who want everything to go on right, but with the change coming over, get stuck not knowing how to handle it.

The only question that I have for all you people out there is “Have you ever thought about setting your clock right?” This doesn’t mean that you should stop enjoying your night life or working late hours. Just spend five minutes of your time everyday to correct your lifestyle disorders.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) and constipation are the commonly faced problems due to the change to a nocturnal lifestyle. The power of yoga has the solution for almost all ailments and disorders in the world. Spend a few minutes doing Yoga nidra and Sarvangasana. Learn these asanas from an expert or from books to get a good hang of them. The former is also called as psychic sleep and one hour of Yoga nidra is equivalent to four hours of sound sleep. The latter helps bring the accumulated blood from the abdomen and legs to lungs, thus curing constipation.

How many of you escape the Monday morning blues? Only a very few won’t feel depressed with the start of a new week. It is common among most professionals to feel low at getting back to work. To overcome this sickness, most people opt for stress busters during the weekends. Just like skiing and trekking, a yoga retreat is also a good way to keep you rejuvenated. It includes meditation and different aspects of yoga. Beginners should seek the help of qualified yoga teachers to get the fullest of yoga’s benefits. The place you choose for such retreats should be filled with spiritual energy so as to help you de-stress yourself completely.

Experience a new dimension of evil – the tag line of the upcoming film, Resident Evil: Afterlife – has indeed created a great hype among movie fans. Though the baseline of the story remains the same, the movie stills gains a place in the most-awaited list. This is not because of the screenplay, but the technology incorporated in it. Paul W. S. Anderson, the writer and director of the series, has taken the film to the next level by introducing the most amusing 3D technology. Resident Evil: Afterlife is the second movie that is filmed using the advanced 3D Fusion Camera System, followed by James Cameroon’s Avatar.

In an interview for MovieOnline, Paul W. S. Anderson said, “I think the interesting thing is really it’s going to be the first proper live action 3D movie of the year. And I don’t think anyone’s really seen a proper 3D live action movie since Avatar.”

Starring Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter, Wentworth Miller, Kim Coates, Spencer Locke, and others, Resident Evil: Afterlife will hit the screens on September 10, 2010.

The deal was pulled through because the major stake holders for Yahoo Japan are Softbank corp with 40% stake, while Yahoo has only 35% stake. Another contributing factor was the approval from the Japanese Fair Trade Commission.

The deal was denounced by Microsoft as it would give Google the monopoly over the Japanese market, which is the world’s third largest market for search queries. Both natural search and paid search come into the boundaries of the deal. The deal between Yahoo and Google was preceded by a failed deal between the two in the US market because of anti-monopoly issues less than two years ago.

The US market has Yahoo and Bing in partnership. The alliance was formed to induce a healthy competition between Microsoft and Google in the US market. This makes one wonder whether the lobbying done by Microsoft in Japan is a push for a healthy competition or just a gimmick for breaking the deal.

Google controls 51% of the paid search advertising and Yahoo Japan holds 47%, while the new entry Bing, which has just recovered from its Beta phase, has only an insignificant market share in Japan. The collaboration between Yahoo and Google will now allow Google to completely control the Japanese market.

Will organic growth in this domain be curtailed in Japan giving way to monopoly through contract? The fact that search engines other than Google and Microsoft are nowhere in the map is not be forgotten. Let’s wait and watch as to how things unfold.

It was a sunny afternoon at the Hungaroring track outside Budapest on Sunday as Vettel took his 7th pole of the season after Saturday’s qualifying session. Alonso, who started from the third position on the grid, attacked immediately, overtaking Webber to seize second place. Vettel was unable to hold his position as he made a careless mistake which allowed his team mate to pass.

Vettel was given a drive-through penalty for failing to keep within 10 car lengths of the safety car, which had entered the track to remove debris. This caused Vettel to slip behind Alonso and Webber into the third position.

Ross Brawn and his Brawn GP team may have had a memorable 2009 season, but the current season is becoming unforgettable for them for all the wrong reasons! The team had 2 disasters, one during and another after the race. First, a fumbled pit stop which led to the retirement of Nico Rosberg and a $50,000 fine on the team for a massive chaos in the pit lane, which was later followed by a 10 place grid penalty for Michael Schumacher’s unsafe blocking off Rubens Barrichello.

After all the drama and chaos, it was Webber’s day, as he brought home his 20th career win, the 4th in this season. “It was a bit of a gift today for me but I haven’t had many of them. It’s a nice way to celebrate my 150th race and a great day for us as a team on our 100th race weekend.” Webber said after the race.

It would be really boring to live in a world without music. There have been cases where music has also been used to heal people who have fallen sick. If you ask anybody how they got rid of the boredom on long flights their answer would be ‘by listening to music’. When you listen to a song that you loved long time ago it can bring back memories of your loved one and make you happy. Instead of fretting hard to exercise at the gym, dancing to good music can definitely be an easy way to shed those extra pounds.

At parties and other social gatherings, music can set the mood to bring people together. Listening to songs with great lyrics can be very inspiring. Music can also be the perfect tool to take your mind off pressurizing issues. You can relax with good music even when you are sitting in your car waiting for those damn red lights to go off. Even cleaning your home can turn into an easy task when you have your favorite songs playing in the background.

Listening to happy upbeat music can turn your mood around when you are sad. An outlet for your repressed anger can be found if you listen to rock music with fast tempos and loud guitar music. Choose the right music, be happy always, and spread the cheer around to everybody!

Have you ever felt that you have experienced a situation before when you are actually going through it for the first time? It is not a syndrome or anything to be afraid of. Everyone experiences it at sometime or other. This illusion is called déjà vu.

Déjà vu or Promnesia is the experience of feeling certain that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously. It lasts only for a few seconds and dissolves even before you realize that you are having a déjà vu. The illusion can occur in three ways as follows:

1.Feeling as if previously felt, known as Déjà Senti.

This is named as Déjà Vecu.

3.Visiting a new place but feeling as if already been there before and having knowledge about the place. This is called Deja Visite.

Researchers have proved that déjà vu is the result of the malfunctioning of the electrical system of the brain or other psychiatric disorders. This is not conclusive, as normal people without any such disorders also experience déjà vu. On the other hand, there are people who simply conclude that the first event was experienced in one’s previous life or in his dreams. Sometimes, déjà vu even paves the way for foretelling or prediction.

Déjà vu is certainly one of those topics on which science has to be silent!

Do you fret over the number of calories while eating out at a fast food restaurant? Do you think a hundred times before helping yourself to crisp potato chips? Do you deny yourself that last chunk of chocolate just because you think it’s sinful? If yes, it’s time you take things easy! Do you know that junk food may not be as harmful as its reputation? The most notorious (and tastiest!) fast-food items have something good about them as well!

Feel like sinking your teeth into the yummy layers of a burger? If you’re opting for a veggie burger, then you have little to worry about. A meat burger is no doubt packed with calories, but don’t forget that the meat patty also contains protein, iron, and calcium. While red meat is not very healthy, white meat is universally known to be very healthy and nutritional.

It’s no secret that chocolate is good for health, especially the dark variety. It reduces blood pressure, lowers cholesterol levels, and elevates the mood. Go for chocolates without nuts, nougat, caramel, fillings, and wafers. The purer, the better!

Does your conscience bother you whenever you indulge in yummy scoops of ice cream? Well, don’t let that trouble you anymore! Ice cream is made from milk, which is a powerhouse of calcium. This vital mineral not just builds bones, but also cuts down the risk of colon cancer. And if you’re figure-conscious, here’s a surprising revelation – according to a research, ice cream helps shed belly fat and lose weight!

Can’t do without popcorn at the movies? Here’s great news! Popcorn is actually a great diet food. True happiness comes from within. If a chocolaty dessert packed with calories makes you happy, just have it instead of pining over it! As they say, everything in limited quantities is acceptable. Moderation is the key when it comes to these lip-smacking delights. So, next time, don’t hesitate to reach out for that tempting bar of chocolate or bag of buttery popcorn! Enjoy!
